How do I purchase?
If nothing is on the site that means I am making more. I will do a preview of everything available the morning of each sale. On the minute it is live it will have all the pieces available for purchase. No password required. All prices set in CAD.
For faster checkout, I recommend making an account prior to the sale so you can pre save your address & payment. There is no holds or pre sales, this makes it fair for everyone.
Care
All products are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, all ceramics, handmade or store bought will last longer hand washed.
Shipping
Shipping: Each piece is wrapped in repurposed packing material that otherwise would have been thrown away, please dispose responsibly.
Due to the logistical nature of shipping not everyone is on my default shipping list. If your country is not listed below please let me know so I can add it as an option: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Switzerland
You'll receive tracking once your order has been packaged up, typically in 1-7 business days.
Multiple orders: Placing an item in your cart does not secure it for you. If you have your heart set on something I would recommend purchasing it then going back to get another.
Overages: If you do happen to get multiple items and it is safe to do so, I will package your orders together and refund you the overages automatically.
I’m a local
Local residents or people travelling through Nanaimo can use the Pick Up option to exempt shipping. Please use “ISLANDLOCAL” at checkout to exempt shipping.

Policies
All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Packaging ceramics is an art form in itself and having a customer send back the item will likely end up in breakage. In the event there is a problem please contact me and we can work out a solution one on one.
